Looking for restaurant kitchen work

Hi,

My partner has ambitions to open a cafe or BnB in the future. She is a very keen amateur cook but is keen to get more professional experience so is looking for a job in a kitchen. She is happy to start at the bottom washing pots and work her way up. She is very personable, calm and methodical, has high standards, adaptable to all sorts of work, is an independent learner and can work under her own initiative. Does anyone know of any opportunities locally? She'd consider doing some unpaid work too just to get some experience. Many thanks.
