Newborn Baby Postnatal Course starting in January

My newborn postnatal course will be running from 10th January from 1-2.15pm, at Mothers Inc , 124 Forest Hill Rd Se22 .

The course runs for 4 weeks and is for mums with babies aged 2 -12 weeks. The course will get you out the house, help you to understand and bond with you new baby covering sleep, feeding & cries and meet other local mums. The course also includes a colic massage sequence to ease this common issue for many newborns.
