***Looking to avoid going through agents (+ no fees) - available now***

Post Xmas push for rental...

Great split level, 2 bed flat with second en suite bathroom, bright open plan living and private garden all right in the heart of Herne Hill and opposite Brockwell Park.

It's available now and would suit a couple or a professional looking for extra guest or office space, wanting to make it their new home.

Located moments from the train station which runs into Kings X and beyond to the north, it's also a short walk to Brixton and the 24 hour Victoria line tube.

Opposite Brockwell Park, minutes from the lido and close to some great local bars and restaurants it's an ideal place to call home.

Rent is ?1650 pcm exclusive of bills. No smokers and no pets. I'm a private landlady so there are no agency fees.

Do let me know if you would like to come and take a look as it's available now. I live locally so can accommodate most times. Email me if you would like to see more photos too.

Call me on 07951 200390.

    • Callout for help from any local experts here. Looking to find out more about the history of the property on the corner of Whateley Road and Ulverscroft road (with the green glazed bricks). Now a residential property, i'm told it was a bottle shop in days gone (the house was built around 1900) by and i'd like to learn more about the history of the business that was once here - name, photos, anything at all really! Seems to be very little from open source research so i'm hoping anyone with history in the area can provide any insight!  Starting here before i contact Southwark Archives or similar orgs to get any information and pictures (any advice here also would be welcome). Thank you
