My Newborn postnatal course will be running from Tuesday 10th January from 1pm-2.15pm, at Mothers Inc, 124 Forest Hill Rd SE22 0RS

The course runs for 4 weeks and is for mums with babies aged 2 -12 weeks. The course will get you out the house, help you to understand and bond with you new baby covering sleep, feeding, cries and more and you'll meet other local mums.

The course also includes a colic massage sequence to ease this common issue for many newborn babies.
