Hi everyone, I recently had a really difficult time with my ex-landlord, following leaving the property. He had let a room in the property which was not fit for purpose. I found that we were staying in there illegally (he wasn't licensed), so I looked to leave. After giving my notice and moving to a new flat, I started receiving horrible threats that I would be taken to court if I didn't pay up. I was at a loss and wasn't sure what to do.

I approached a local solicitor, Shubha Nath of Nath Solicitors, who was reassuring, understanding and hands-on in helping me get everything sorted out. I felt comfortable in knowing that I had support from somebody with years of experience that put my well-being first. She was able to get to the heart of the issue and offer me quality advice for good value.

As you can guess, I can highly recommend her for a good quality and caring service.

  I echo the previous recommendation of Aria. I have used his services on several occasions now and I am always impressed by 1) the speed of his response, 2) his honest pricing, 3) the quality of his interventions. I had a washing machine crisis the other day where my old appliance started leaking badly and into the flat below. Aria can within an hour of my call and sorted the whole thing immediately. Impressive! Highly recommended!

  Helen Hayes has represented Dulwich and West Norwood since the boundary change in 2024. The OP said Helen had already contacted Capita on their behalf, so I'm guessing she is their MP, otherwise she would have directed them to the appropriate person (unless she was particularly keen to take on extra work!)

  Hi there. I need to move and it doesn't feel very eco friendly to buy boxes - if anyone has any I could reuse? Happy to return once I've moved if you want to keep them! I'm moving Feb 26th so I'd be looking for some to use before then. Thank you! Kate
