Extendable Metal Loft ladder ?40

This ladder is now surplus to requirements but is in good condition, with nothing wrong with it - we're just using a free-standing ladder now instead.

It is aluminium, in three sections, and folds away completely into the loft when not in use. It is designed to work with a hinged trap door - the type which opens down into the room below. Two catches extend it to the ground. There is small handrail for part of its length as well.

The photos show it outside our house. It was in use in a room with a 9-foot high ceiling. It folds away to 58 ins long. Width is 13 ins including handrail.
