clairelouise
My daughter will be going to school in Sept 2011 and I need advice on which school to apply for and how to prioritise. I live on Upland Road and am nearest to Goodrich yet when I tried to get my daughter into the nursery there, my daughter was in the hundreds on the waiting list. Now life is getting a little more serious with Primary school decisions...I have visited Heber and Goodrich and thought they were both great yet I am not a teacher, nor do I have any experience of kids at these schools so I was hoping that there were some parents with experience who can advise at these schools or others in the local area?ThanksClaire Louise Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/13525-which-primary-school/ Share on other sites
Fuschia
Apply to Goodrich if you're closest. There are more spaces for reception anyway than in nursery. You are likely to have most chance with your closest community school, I don't think Heber admits anyone who falls into the category below (straigh distance)You can ask Southwark what distance they strectched to for non siblings at Goodrich this year.
