Professional couple looking for 2 bed flat from February

Hi,

My boyfriend and I are looking for a 2 bedroom flat from February, long term rent.

We'd like an unfurnished place as we have quite a bit of furniture, ideally in the Dulwich/Herne Hill area.

A bit about us:

Both full-time professionals, no pets, non smoking.

Love cooking and travelling.

Generally very lovely people.

Please let me know if you think you have anything suitable for us!

HI Penny, I have this beautiful 2 bed flat available next to Nunhead station and am looking for a couple just like you two. It's currently furnished but we'll be moving the furniture later this year as we are moving back to uk, so we could arrange moving it sooner. Have a look and email me on [email protected] for more info and photos if you like the look of it.

thanks, freddy

Hi Penny - we have a 2 bed/ 2 bath (1 ensuite) maisonette with roof terrace and balcony on Bellenden Road available from later this month. It is currently having the finishing touches to a complete refurbishment done - including new kitchen and new bathrooms as well as new floors and a repaint. I'll have some photos available later this week, but let me know if you're interested and I can show you around at your convenience. Good luck with the home hunt! Andy
Hi Penny - ideally ?1850 pcm or as near as - but obviously no agent fees involved. We'd also require a single month's deposit, which would go into the tenancy deposit protection scheme. We live locally and are around all the time, so can show you around if it's near your budget. Thanks. Andy

    • DKH was two form entry, it is now one form entry to cope with the fact it was far more under subscribed than other schools in the area. They had actually combined year groups into single classes, 3/4 and 5/6.  When a school changes name, it’s usually because of a bad reputation perhaps the results.  The new name is dry with no history unlike its current name. It’s a very sketchy decision. It’s an expensive vanity project for someone.  What  will happen if the name change does not increase applications to the school?
    • @first mate I assume Alice made a mistake, as she removed her reaction.  I was wondering about park wardens. As I said, there was one there last night, who was incredibly helpful and proactive. As well as bringing me to the police, he caught up with a young guy on a bike who'd earlier been the victim of an attempted theft by these kids and linked him up with the police too. But I do wonder, as I've only very occasionally seen him riding around, how many they have and what hours they patrol. I've no doubt they'd be a strong deterrent if they had a better presence. They were nowhere to be seen the first time around.  Update: I've just found this: https://services.southwark.gov.uk/community-safety/community-wardens The guy in the photo at the bottom of the page was the lovely warden of last night and I've just now remembered him telling me he's based in Burgess Park. Anyway, there needs to be more of them, as I rarely see one in Peckham.
