I have an issue caused by my upstairs neighbours, who are council tenants, that I've been told to discuss with the area residents officer (I'm also a council leaseholder, and homeowner services told me to speak to the residents officers). However, the two people who's name and numbers I have are impossible to get hold of, and the Southwark website is next to useless for finding telephone numbers or any other contact details!

Does anyone have a central number for the residents services team that I could try? Or any other suggestions of who to speak to and how to get hold of them? I'm reaching the end of my tether so any suggestions or contact details will be much appreciated. (I'm already contemplating trying the local councillors if I don't succeed with reaching residents services soon.)

If you prefer, please send any names and contact phone numbers by PM. Many thanks.

With all the voluntary redundancies in Southwark, a large number of staff have left and many departments are going through a reorganisation.

In order to find the correct RO and their manager - you will need to give your street/estate etc. There is no central office but the switchboard may be able to help. All the Southwark RO have both mobiles and landlines.

I do know a couple of ED ROs as I dealt with them professionally before I retired.

Do you have a Residents' Association covering your area>

    • Thank you! She is both spayed and microchipped, and reported missing on Petlog and with the vets.   She normally never goes out the front, certainly for never more than 10-15 minutes, so this is definitely new territory for her. There is lots of dense foliage across the road so there are plenty of places she could be hiding if she is spooked, so we are hoping she will come back when she is calm. The weather isn't helping, she never goes out in the rain. Thank you again!
    • Hi, Have you been letting her out the front door onto the street or would this be a first & therefore unfamiliar with the area? Does she respond to a name & is she spayed & microchipped? Our team carry scanners on our daily routes & will of course be looking our for her. I hope you are reunited with her soon. If not already, notify your street & surrounding streets (find out if they have Whatsapp groups) Dox will print & deliver free missing posters https://www.doxdirect.com/help/free-missing-pet-posters/ Call her at dusk & dawn when street & foot traffic is at its lowest. • A slightly delayed review but another one to echo Niko's praises. I had an issue with a cistern that needed replacing and Niko was attentive and did a great job. He was very diligent, explained what he was doing and fixed issues from a previous plumber's work. I will definitely ask for his help again if I have any issues in the future.
    • In good condition.  The seal should be intact.  Thanks
