LuvPeckham
OH NO - Taken from the BBC Website today - Leaves serious questions in my mind concerning what everyone, who is 'working from home today' due to the tube strike, is going to munch on this afternoon... I have a final square of Dairy milk myself !! Mars has recalled certain packs of Maltesers and Revels after customers found small pieces of rubber in them. Milk Chocolate Maltesers sweets with best before dates between 16 December 2007 and 6 January 2008 are affected. Revels in bags, pouches and pots with best before dates between 16 December 2007 and 13 January 2008 have also been recalled by manufacturer Mars. Customers have been asked to return the affected packs for a full refund, including postage. "A few packs could, as a result of an isolated incident, have been contaminated with a very small amount of silicon rubber," the company said. The affected packs were made at a factory in Slough. Packs should be returned to: Maltesers Consumer Care, Unit 1, Hudson Road, Melton Mowbray LE13 1BS. More information is available during office hours on 0800 316 9101.
