Studio let short term close to Bellenden Road

I want to let out my lovely studio flat with its own kitchen and bathroom with shower, which is on an amazingly quiet and green street on the border between Camberwell and Peckham, just around the corner of Warwick Garden and Bellenden Road.

The studio comes with everything you will need and wifi of course. The kitchen has fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, cooker, toaster etc.

It will suit 1 person or a couple and I am flexible with how long it can be let for. The rent is ?1200 per month including everything.
