uptime
Anyone else in the ED/DV area lost their YouView access to TV? Trying to assess whether it's an area wide problem or just me facing a really bad Christmas. flocker spotter
Have you tried turning the power off to your box, waiting 10 minutes and then restarting it? Ours regularly needs a reboot. Tractorlad
Does your TV also have a freeview tuner built in? Youview and an integrated freeview tuner will both use your aerial. If the freeview also doesn't work either it might be an issue with the aerial. If your Freeview is working, check the obvious things with the YouView box. Reboot, check the cables connected to the box etc etc. Out of interest, do the on-demand features still work on your YouView? They of course are delivered via the internet. uptime
Thanks for replying. Spent 30 mins on the phone to BT and am told an engineer will phone in 24 hours. Worse time of year for it to happen. Internet is working. Before my call to BT and various rebooting attempts I could access the recorded stuff but now can't access anything at all via YouView box. IPlayer is working but saying 'no signal' when I try to access freeview. Penguin68
Mine is working OK so I suspect it's a problem with your box. BT is good about replacement, but bad time of year for it to happen.
