my son has a Lenovo laptop with a broken charging socket.

Does anybody know a good place/ person for repairs please ?

they don't answer the phone and I can't seem to book one of their appointments online as instructed

also they don't seem to offer a repair service

What Lenovo model is it ? I've had/have Lenovo's and sometimes the power jack is mounted on a separate board to the main motherboard and it's fairly cheap and easy to replace this board rather than remove and solder a new jack socket.

They do repairs However quite likely they may be away over the Christmas period?
