Hi all I'm new to east dulwich and the east dulwich forum. We recently bought a place in upland Road and to my surprise had old mice boxes and droppings in the kitchen behind the plinths and under stairs cupboard. A friend of mine had recently used Browns pest removals. We decided to give them a call.he came round within an hour showed me entry points in numerous places especial around the pipes. He seemed very knowledgable and knew his job. He filled all gaps around the home with wire wool and then applied foam on top. He also applied bait in case any rodents were trapped. Since his visit (touch wood) there have been no droppings and no bait taken. I would highly recommend browns pest control company try him and contact him on 07989343136

    • This is a commonly held misconception. The Dulwich Estate’s Scheme of Management is self funding. The annual charge which those of us who live on the Estate are obliged to pay on an annual basis does NOT go to funding the Foundation Schools or the other Beneficiaries of Edward Alleyn’s estate. www.thedulwichestate.org.uk/property-on-the-estate/residential-freehold/ the scheme of management will tell you all you need to know about this feudal tithe gathering enterprise created in 1974. The Dulwich Estate Charity is bound to distribute every year its disposable income to its beneficiaries, which include the three Dulwich Foundation Schools. In 2022-3 this was £5m.
