Hello,

I am selling an 8 month old Cossato Giggle 2 pram with both the attachments for a new born and for an older baby.

Photo of what it looks like attached. It is very colourful and fun.

Google suggests they are around ?350-400 quid new.

We will sell for ?50, or if you are struggling with the costs of a new arrival let me know and we can chat about a lower price.

  Enforcement costs money which I doubt the fines actually pay for. Presumably it hasn't been a priority.

" Is anyone au fait with the Clean Air Act 1993, and particularly with the state of 'Smoke Control' law and practice generally? I've just been looking through some of it for the first time and, afaics, the civil penalties mentioned were introduced into the Clean Air Act, at Schedule 1A, in May 2022. So it seems that, in this particular, it's a matter of the enforcement policy trailing well behind the legislation. I'm not criticising that at all, but am curious.
