Seeking full time nanny for 11 month old and before and after school pick up for 4 year old

We are moving back to Dulwich and searching for a nanny to look after our 11 month old son and do school drop off and pick up (not always) for our daughter. What would your rate be and wiuld you do light housework/ weekend babysitting work?
