Borrow bagpipes for the bells

Hi my niece and her bagpipe playing boyfriend have just decided to extend their short trip and see the new year in in London.

Any locals know off a set of bagpipes we could borrow so he can pipe the new year in. We will be on crystal palace road.

Blimey...it's bad enough we have to watch all that money go up in smoke year on year, or be unfortunate enough to accidentally get caught up in the firework crowds, without an accompanying racket (imo)
