Hi there - can anyone suggest a playgroup venue suitable for an almost 2yr old? My nanny is geared up to take my son to the One O'clock Club at Crystal Palace, but he's been there so many times and I wonder if there is something else to add to their repertoire of playgroups...

Any suggestions welcome - thank you!

Hi there,

There is a toddler group at Dulwich Wood Children's Centre at 9.30am and in the afternoon, same venue, from 1-2pm is a free Whippersnappers session.

I would highly recommend both, my kids and I have loved the groups and we have made many firm friends through the toddler group.

hello,

My drop in music class meets Wednesdays at the Family Natural Health Centre on Lordship Lane above Soup Dragon. We sing, dance and play percussion. It meets from 3:30-4:30 on a Wednesday and costs ?5. Babies and toddlers are welcome so Gebbjane it would suit your 4 month as well as your almost 2 year old Helen! Hope to maybe see you there tomorrow afternoon!

All the best,

Bea

    • Hello.   Thanks Nigel and Hparker 😀   I've got new slots available for new students looking for a piano teacher or guitar teacher.   You could start in the new term beginning September, or I'm also available adhoc-styles through the summer holidays at times.   I teach all ages, in most styles, in lots of different ways according to how you learn/like to learn.   Give me a call or text on 07730 402336.   I have connections to lots of performance opportunities/networks too.   I run regular events /student concerts, and play in bands/perform.   Natalie.
    • So do I, but I think they are in trouble as well.  Anyway, that space wouldn't be big enough.
    • I'm not talking about Starmer. I was responding to a post which  said that  Corbyn was unelectable. How people voted in the "more hotly contested election" is irrelevant. Corbyn wasn't leading the Labour Party then. Starmer was. And the turnout for Labour reflects that.
