Hi,

My teacher is doing a half-day self-defence Krav Maga course this Saturday - he is a great instructor, and this is a really confidence boosting and fun day, I highly recommend it!

Please contact Remi directly on the number on the flier as I'm not involved in this particular event other than I said I'd pass the info round.

I've trained with Remi for several years, and I really enjoy his teaching style, if you've wondered about giving this kind of thing a go, now's your chance!

  End of a wonderful era. We’ve been going since it opened and even started contractions with my oldest (25 year old) son during a lovely New Year’s Eve lunch. Thank you Rod and Tim for some amazing memories.
