Best ISP in SE15?

We're looking at changing our ISP. Currently have Virgin but it's proven unreliable: slow downloads, frequent loss of service completely...

What is the most reliable ISP in SE15? BT? Sky? Please share your opinions and experiences.

Use Virgin at its fantastic, wouldn't recommend Sky though!
