Does your daughter want to join Rainbows, Brownies or Guides

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

Just wanted to let you know that my daughter's guiding group, 1st Denmark Place, has places available for Rainbows, Brownies and Guides. It meets on the Baptist Church all, just off Coldharbour Lane, by Kings Hospital, SE5 on Tuesday evenings from 5pm upwards.

The usual lovely activities for girl's from 5 upwards. Our daughter has really grown in confidence since starting. ?2/ week subs.

I think you have to register through the guiding site but the leader is called Dorothy and can be contacted on Dorothy Scott

    • My dog has to be medicated to cope with  bonfire night. She’s a rescue so I don’t know what traumatic abuse she experienced. I love the fact that you, Dave CPR, are so unaware of how another can be affected by something that does not personally affect yourself. Blissful ignorance. Lack of Empathy. Cold hearted.
    • Not fair on the patients or the consultants, either.  My brother's an ED consultant and he is on his knees - they all have the flu but have to work through it, because it's so busy at this time of year. Adding the strike to this just makes everything feel even more impossible and he's pretty low right now.
    • These very anti social fireworks went on for at least fifteen years and were unbearable for both humans and pets.    Was extremely relieved that they moved a couple of years ago.  Never experienced such close proximity loud fireworks before.   But the ones that go off in the middle of the night are also very upsetting and annoying.
