End of tenancy cleaning

We're looking for an end of tenancy cleaner for next week. Two bed house with carpets on stairs and two bedrooms only.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

A plus is that their service is guaranteed (a fixed price for the full clean, so you don`t pay by the hour).

As far as I know they have an agency approved cleaning checklist and will stay until all items on the list have been cleaned properly.

It's a pricey service but it's worth it if you want to get your deposit back.
