Hi,

We are available to come and look after you house/pet/flat, in the East Dulwich area, while your away . We are a semi retired middle age couple who both have been CRB checked and are clean, tide, non-smoking, reliable and trustworthy. We can provide references. We do not charge nor pay for accommodation, but do this because we love and enjoy looking after pets.   I think you were very lucky to get it cancelled, TBH. So far as I know, there is not some kind of unofficial period of grace after the publicised time.
