Does anyone know a very good cleaner for a busy mum?

I know it's very much a first world problem but I need a good reliable cleaner. Recently I've had people taking the money and leaving without cleaning (while hubby was at home), people rushing through the job and breaking things as a result, leaving the house half cleaned... I need someone who is meticulous and someone I can trust. Thank you!
