Party photographer & helium balloons needed!

I'm looking for a party photographer and also recommendations on where to order helium balloons (preferably with delivery) for a party in Feb. For the post-party photographs I'd prefer to receive the images digitally (instead of having to order prints).

Any suggestions or tips very much appreciated!

I wonder if you can help - we are looking for a photographer to take some photos at a party in Balham on 25/3. Nothing fancy at all! Would you be able to let me know how much you'd charge? Probably from 9pm for an hour or two on the night. Again, we'd like to receive the images digitally.
