Baby & Me Postnatal Course is a 6 week course for new mums with babies aged 0-6 months.

The unique Baby & Me postnatal course helps you to learn more about your baby, meet other local mums, understand their development while combining a baby massage course.

Over 6 weeks you will learn about understanding your babies cries, sleep cycles, feeding choices, how to play, how to feel like you again much more.

The course starts on Monday 20th February - Monday 27th March from 10.30-12.30 at Mothers Inc, 124 Forest Hill RD SE220RS.
