Looking for a solicitor to prepare a will

The time has come to think seriously about drawing up a will. There are plenty of solicitors, will writing services, the internet, a W H Smith Will Form and also just the back of a fag packet.

But, I'd like to do it properly and making no mistakes, face to face, with a qualified and experienced person.

Are there any recommendations out there please ?

I recommend Sarah-Jane Mundow at William Bailey solicitors. Their office has just moved to East Dulwich Road. She helped my mum with her will. Didn't feel rushed and offered lots of advice. Great service.

I think every March and April some solicitors will prepare a will free of charge for people in middle age onwards and you are asked to leave something to charity in your will.

Thanks for that, but when I was close to getting a will sorted last year, I found few if any local ones were in the scheme and those that were didn't seem up to much.
