Hi Everybody,

I teach Yoga in East Dulwich and Forest Hill area.

I hold One to One Private Yoga + Meditation in my purpose built Home Yoga Garden Studio.

If you would like to create a personal Yoga Session to build an existing practice or start as a beginner this is a great way to create some spaciousness in your life.

I also offer weekly Yin/Yang classes Friday mornings at 9.30-11am again in the inspiring garden setting providing an Urban Retreat and great start to you weekend. ?10 Drop In

And weekly Monday evening classes Yoga 7.30-8.45pmat Harris Girls Academy East Dulwich. ?10 Drop In

  I hadn't looked at the actual posts on Instagram. That's sad, then. The shop opening hours are still shown at the top of the page. I guess changing them wasn't uppermost in her mind under the circumstances.

  I want to recommend the kitchen fitters Top Marx kitchens. They were excellent from the communication, the planning and the fitting. John did a fantastic job of of fitting and worked around and solved many of the issues we had with Ikea who we purchased from. John gave lots of helpful advice and support. We would definitely use them again for any kitchen work. I have added before and after photos.

  Yes The lease ran out on the shop. So chi chi ra ra will only be online or at the various fairs. It says on her instagram
