Loft conversion Landmark lofts

Thinking of using Landmark lofts and came across very mixed reviews. Please let me know if you have or you had a positive or negative experience with them.

I did have them in to quote my loft however I found them to be quite dismissive when talking to them about what I wanted to achieve. They quite frankly gave me the impression that they didn't really want or need my custom. They were competitively priced but the vibe I got from them just wasn't great.

I had used Hamilton Walters for some roofing works previously after getting there details from another recommendation from EDF and decided to call them back in to quote as well and I did actually end up going with them instead. They were competitive and pragmatic about pricing and making it work on a budget. They kept me updated throughout the project was flexible to work around our lifestyle. I was as pleased with them this time round as I was when they came and done my roof so would 100% use them again if I need anything else done.
