Come and try one of our BOXING FITNESS classes with Clinton Mckenzie, former British and European light welterweight champion and Olympic finalist.

Clinton has created a flexible boxing fitness training programme which is suitable to anyone willing to get fit an benefit from this full body workout.

We have some afternoon slots available during the week if you want to form a group and try it out. This would be suitable for mums and dads who may work or live in the vicinity and would like to get fit during school hours for instance! Just give us a call and we can discuss (groups of minimum 6 people).

We also offer 1-2-1 personal training. All fitness levels welcome.

We are extremely beginner-friendly and will work with you on a workout that suits your needs.
