hello

i am trying to connect my webmail work account to microsoft outlook and not having fun with it all (already lost an inbox trying to do it with gmail) i just want a place that has both my hotmail account and work webmail, i'd also like it to transfer my folders over but not take them out completely.

is anyone out there able to help? i do currently have it set up, but the inbox doesn't update regularly, only every half an hour!!!

thanks in advance

Hi rusher,

It sounds as though you've got it working to a certain point.

You can adjust the send/receive schedule using the following guide:

https://support.office.com/en-gb/article/Schedule-when-a-send-receive-command-runs-ede29553-6593-4eb4-9eef-0ac90ce27741

Note: the steps can change slightly depending on your Office version. If you're still having problems after this, post your version and I'll find you the correct guidance. Or we can book something in.

    • It's time to ditch your team, otherwise you could be seen to supporting your owners dog whistle comments (aka racist). Fortunately you can support a local team, I understand that Palace have pretty right on fans, and you have Dulwich Hamlet and Peckham Town too. If you genuinely are from the North West then Everton fans are well rated for their politics (ignore the paving over paradise/loss of UNESCO world heritage status), and of course FC United of Manchester. Salford Town not a bad bet either. For those who are glory hunters dare I say over the river in the North London library aka Emirates (shame they don't rhyme) you have both the likelihood of a title this season and a very multicultural fan base. If you want to be really cool the Welsh speaking team Club Cymric, Forest Green Rovers, or AS Livorno in Italy, an anti-fascist team

    • Well, I hope she can help, although it seems the Government needs to get its act together. I’ve been following this story in the news and it must be pretty awful for you. When she was my MP (before the boundary changes), her office responded quickly on the couple of occasions I raised issues  with her.
