Border Terrier groomer / strip recommendation

Hi there,


Looking for a recommendation for a good dog groomer to hand-strip our terrier.


We have a border terrier who had had a mix of haircuts with varying degrees of success!


Was not impressed with K9 on Nunhead Lane who definitely cut her hair with clippers rather than stripped her - which left her hair in awful condition.


Any other recommendations appreciated! Thank you!!

Hi. I also went to K9 with my Long haired Parsons Jack Russell. My poor little dog came back with loads of shaving scratches on her belly. They have not got a clue how to groom. I would never take her there again. I do not advise anyone to take their dog there.

      Actually, if it was factory fitted then it's location would be documented. It's the fact that it can be fitted in different places which means that it's difficult for thieves to locate.

      OK, good suggestion and it appears that the after-market price is about £260. But if that that was fitted ex-factory then the cost would be substantially less and certainly a small fraction of the price of a high-end car.

      Another here singing Leon's praises. Fitted me in at the last minute on Monday 22 Dec and cheerfully did a fiddly and dusty ( under old floor with antique debris) job. Very reasonable charge.  Great guy .
