Anyone know: S. Saraiva??? (incorrectly addressed package)

Package has been ?rejected? @ the address used; some kindly soul has dropped it @ my address in the hope of finding its? rightful home. But it doesn?t belong here.

Hoping someone on here will know S. Saraiva (I?ve already done couple of 'obvious' internet searches, to no avail).

(FYI, I am NOT mentioning street name intentionally)

If you open it or look at the postmark it will be from Brazil.

Its a scam.

How do you know it's from Brazil? It can be from Portugal.
