It seems there are some plans you might be interested in at the London Metropolitan Archives

http://discovery.nationalarchives.gov.uk/details/rd/a4d55444-8382-41a4-b671-ea80b138ed8e. (ETA looking again, I see these are plans for land drainage so maybe not quite so relevant)

A search on Collage https://collage.cityoflondon.gov.uk using the search term Snowsfields returned some super images but as far as I can see nothing that features The Drum.

Perhaps your best bet is a visit to the Southwark Local Studies Library in Borough High Street where there are drawers of photographs and the staff will be able to advise you regarding plans etc.

    • Hi, I drive a lovely Vauxhall Astra with low profile tyres.  2 weeks ago I hit the kerb, and my front left tyre has a small bulge on the side wall. (about half a squash ball in size).  I have been driving locally since hitting the kerb. Will it still be safe to drive on the motorway?...or do I need to replace the tyre immediately?...and if so where's best to go?
