Letting agents

I am having problems with Portico, who are managing letting out my property. Has anyone also had problems with Portico? Also, can anyone recommend a good letting agent in east Dulwich?

We were with Winkworth recently and as teneants they seemed fine. KFH and Acorn in Crystal Palace were excellent in the past (as landlords) but I don't know about their ED branches.
