Exterior building clean

We've had scaffolding up on our house for 6 months during a loft conversion. Now the scaffolding is down it's looking really messy as the builders left everything covered in dust and muck.

Does anyone have any recommendations for someone who can clean windows as well as the sills, frames and general exterior?
