Best letting agent

We have to move out of London of a few years and need to rent our house. I would like to find an agent that will provide a positive experience for our tenants as well as us. I have spoken to Peterman's, KFH and Hamptons, does anyone have any experience as a landlord or a tenant of these agencies or any other recommendations.
