Watkinsea
Hi there, anyone local to help this couch potato do some running? Ideally would like someone to meet up and run with as well as someone who could set a programme for me to follow. Perfect time for a coaching session would be early mornings before work or after work. Mellors
This beginners running course might be of interest:http://www.dulwichparkrunners.co.uk/site/?page_id=8It leads into sessions with the running club in the evenings, and they have a coach. Its genuinely suitable for all levels. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/141626-running-coach-wanted/#findComment-1102642 Share on other sites

siousxiesue
You could team up with someone and do the 'Couch to 5K' program available as an app?
