Builder Recommendation

Hi Everyone,

I want to make an recommendation for a builder who worked on refurbishing my flat, his name is frank and his building company is called balfour builders.They moved my combination boiler, knocked down walls, installed a new kitchen, marble worktop and replanted the walls.

Frank worked long hours and completed the work well within schedule. He was 50% cheaper than some quotes I received.
