Good, reliable builder needed, please. Garage showing signs of damp

Think I need a good reliable builder?!

My garage/studio is showing signs of damp- the floor is beginning to show signs of undulating.

Can anyone help? Can you come round and give a quote please.

We've used martins builders before and really rate them. I'd trust Martin's opinion if you get him in to take a look.
