German speaking creative looking for work

Serafina

Recommended Posts

I am currently on a break from my career and am looking for part-time/flexible hours to work locally.

Preferably: admin, nanny, dog walker, PA, flower/bookshops, home projects to help with decluttering, tutoring in German (or Swiss German) and French (speaking mostly)

I have experience in customer care, administration (within higher education) and I work in a little organic shop every other weekend. During my time at uni, I worked as a dog walker and data entry clerk. I would love to gain more experience in working with children, too, and it has been a few years since I completed an internship at a sheltered workshop for young adults with additional needs. I also lived in New York City for almost 3 years when pursuing my singer/songwriter career (and attending an ivy league uni), but not sure if that could be relevant.

Rates are depending on the job and please private message me if you are interested in discussing this further!

Thank you.

    • There  is a dance fit class at Harris girls on a Monday evening 630 pm which I have been going to for years . It is an inclusive class  with a wide range of ages.    The  teacher is Fi and she is amazing and  the classes are lots of fun.   look on the web justdanceuk .com. There are other dance classes  (flowetic )that Fi and the lovely Lizzie runs  at Harris girls too . They also have an event next week which is a bit further- near Penge  which is a day of dance to include  just dance fit, dancehall, line dancing, garage fit and flowetic . Which is also available to book on that website  ( look at the events section) .
    • that’s just been misused first by Faraz and then Starmer. It’s evocative and negative.  But it’s flooding the news today.
    • I didn't realise that either! I thought it just meant division within communities - religious, racial or otherwise.  Yes, it is frightening. The days of the broad church political party are over.
    • So I've done a little more research into the current use of the word, I hadn't realised it had latterly been used to describe anti Muslim feelings. Still don't like the use of the word. These are horrible times and am fearful for the future.
