Looking for someone to make an eyelet curtain

I have the material, but looking for someone to turn it into an eyelet curtain. Approx 8 eyelets need fitting, its long to cover a door.

Any local businesses or maybe haberdashers able to do this from home?

  Does anyone know if rescue places still look for foster homes for pregnant cats or cats with very new litters? All I can remember is that you must have a spare bedroom for the mum and litter.
