Hi

Our housemate is moving out and we need to fill one of the rooms for one month (from 12th of march) with the possibility of another depending on when the new tenant moves in. 660 pcm all bills included

Flat is 5 mins walk from lordship lane (with pubs, restaurants, shops etc) and east dulwich train station. The flat is also on the 37 bus route which will get you to Herne Hill and Peckham in 10 minutes, Brixton in 15/20 and Clapham in 20/25. Excellent bus and train links to central london (Victoria, blackfriars, london bridge etc) in half an hour.

Spacious 3 bed flat with a bathroom, large kitchen and large lounge with broadband, TV and washing machine/dryer.

We both work in central London as an engineer and a project manager. We're relaxed guys who enjoy a beer and watching/playing most sport, any questions send me a message.

    • Hello.   Thanks Nigel and Hparker 😀   I've got new slots available for new students looking for a piano teacher or guitar teacher.   You could start in the new term beginning September, or I'm also available adhoc-styles through the summer holidays at times.   I teach all ages, in most styles, in lots of different ways according to how you learn/like to learn.   Give me a call or text on 07730 402336.   I have connections to lots of performance opportunities/networks too.   I run regular events /student concerts, and play in bands/perform.   Natalie.
    • So do I, but I think they are in trouble as well.  Anyway, that space wouldn't be big enough.
    • I'm not talking about Starmer. I was responding to a post which  said that  Corbyn was unelectable. How people voted in the "more hotly contested election" is irrelevant. Corbyn wasn't leading the Labour Party then. Starmer was. And the turnout for Labour reflects that.
    • Reeves says she's in charge and no no's Rayners plan, what happens now?
