Our tenants are sadly moving out and we are looking for someone new to live in our 1 bedroom flat on Marmora Road, next to Peckham Rye Park.

Will be available from around the 20th March.

Its ?1,300 per month, photos attached.

We will probably do viewings next weekend (4th/5th March) before we put it on rightmove and get swamped.
