Could you spare an hour a week to help an older person in the East Dulwich area? Link Age Southwark recruits volunteers to visit older people at home, drive older people to social activities and help with social groups, as well as supporting people with dementia. Our volunteers help to prevent loneliness and keep older people socially active and enjoying life. To find out more or apply to be a volunteer, please email [email protected] or call 020 8299 2623.   I hadn't looked at the actual posts on Instagram. That's sad, then. The shop opening hours are still shown at the top of the page. I guess changing them wasn't uppermost in her mind under the circumstances.

  I want to recommend the kitchen fitters Top Marx kitchens. They were excellent from the communication, the planning and the fitting. John did a fantastic job of of fitting and worked around and solved many of the issues we had with Ikea who we purchased from. John gave lots of helpful advice and support. We would definitely use them again for any kitchen work. I have added before and after photos.

  Yes The lease ran out on the shop. So chi chi ra ra will only be online or at the various fairs. It says on her instagram
