Hi Julia, we have used Steve Arnold 07950620620, a saniflow engineer, who was prompt, polite & sorted out our macerator efficiently and at a reasonable cost. Thought we'd have to buy a new macerator, but no, he fixed the problem. We would highly recommend him. Peter.
