Nanny / Mother's help needed for 3 under 3 :-)

We are looking for a mother's help / nanny for at least 29 hours per week to support me (currently on mat leave) with childcare for our baby son and 2 year old twins as well as tidying, laundry, cooking and general cleaning.

As juggling 3 children under 3 is tougher than expected(!) I'm basically looking for an extra pair of hands. It would be great to find someone proactive, friendly and fun loving who genuinely loves children yet is happy to muck in and take initiative on what needs doing!

Our girls are very energetic(!), love outdoor adventures, animals and are currently obsessed with The Lion King! Our little boy loves eating, sleeping and eating!
