It amazes me that estate agencies bother with these huge, expensive shops in this day and age. Surely the vast majority of people search online for property (I know I did when I moved). You could pretty much operate out of an upstairs office, with much lower overheads.

  Hi Busterb, Yesterday I turned up with a scanner & towels, hoping to take a deceased tabby down to TNV. The body was moved moments before arrival & had not been turned in to any vets, rescues or animal hospitals. I am wondering if this could have been the same cat & if someone just tried to move the tabby further away from the road.   Wholeheartedly recommend Aria. He was polite, responsive and sorted our leak, from an old tap on an old plumbing system, with no bother and on same day.
