Wanted - sombody to service a Termet Windsor boiler

Any boiler servicers out there with experience of Termet boilers - in particular a Termet Windsor? Please be sure you can service it and make repairs if needed - we've already had two companies come around even though they knew what it was in advance to then tell us they can do nothing with it.
