Last weekend before the Easter weekend, and it is still available, with really lovely colours and waiting to find a home where it can be truly be appreciated. While having had it for sometime it is unused and like new (has been rolled up throughout this time). If interested please PM me with your email address and I'll send you a picture of the carpet. it is 124in x 100in (10.3ft x 8.3ft) so not small.

I look forward to hearing from anyone interested in this Oriental carpet. Am looking for in the region of ?500-?600 for it.

    • You could try asking  ChatGPT? Give it the information you have posted here, and ask for suggestions in your preferred geographical areas (eg South and Central London, or whatever). It recently saved me hours when I was looking to see if there was a cheaper  energy tariff for my usage, and it  gave me other very useful relevant  information. I've also used it for several other things, and it has been eye openingly helpful. • Yes it would be easier, and I give a lot to the hospice shops, but for various reasons there are certain things I prefer to give to Oxfam. However I might go through the books and see if some could be donated more locally. I think in any charity shop staffed by volunteers, the reception you get must depend on the member of staff. The Oxfam bookshop have always been very happy when I've taken shedloads of books there in the past. On the other hand, I've taken things to the hospice shop that were received very grumpily when they hadn't even looked in the bag or asked what they were. It felt like I was being a nuisance and causing them more work. I don't remember a previous thread on here  about the Oxfam shop and parking, but that's possibly because it wasn't relevant to me at the time.
